Disconnecting Electricity Supply
In order to arrange electricity disconnection to your premises, contact your nearest PNG Power Customer Care Representative in person or by phone from Monday – Friday between 8.00am and 4.30pm.
To apply for disconnection:
1.Please download and fill out the Application for Electricity Disconnection.
2.Submit your Application for Electricity Disconnection to a Customer Care Representative at your nearest PNG Power Office.
3.PNG Power Customer Care Representatives will advise you when they will carry out electricity disconnection work at your premises. This usually happens after 3 working days after your application has been submitted.
